I’m going to carry on being negitive towards the internet;

I can’t find a contact for this director.. ANYWHERE!
I could be doing something contructive with my time; like emailing this man and getting primary research about this short film.
So I’ve decided…
I’m giving up with this for the time being, and goinfg to continue and finish with my ’10 facts video/power point’
That way im getting something done :)

Impossible!

I’m actually finding it impossible to find contact details for the director of the short film ‘Bouncer’.
Urggghhh!
I refuse to be defeated by the internet.

Piracy!

As part of my media course, I have to be able to argue for and against different things, even if i don’t agree with it. By doing this, it shows that i can research using the internet to find out different poeples views on life.
Today, I’ve done research on piracy. I’m fighting for it. I can’t say i personally agree on things I’ve found, but its true. Some of the things that i have put are also just common sense.
By doing this, i can now see that milloins, maybe even billoins are lost each year just due to piracy.

These are just a few reasons as to why piracy is okay, and should be allowed:

  • It also saves time, and saves you a trip to the cinema, or between £10-£20 for the actual DVD itself.
  • People that buy the DVD’s should be able to lend, and watch with other people that haven’t paid for the DVD. This prospect is silly, as you have brought the DVD, and its rights.
  • Someone might not want to spend their money on seeing something they might not actually enjoy, therefore wasting their money. Downloading allows them to watch the film to see if they enjoy it, then paying the full price to either see it at the cinema, or buy it on DVD.
  • The money that is made during most film productions is past millions – losing out on some of that is hardly that bad. Film makers should put this into their budget, as they know that film piracy is going to happen somewhere along the lines of the film being released.
  • It saves money for the viewer by downloading it on the internet.Peer reviewed by Abigail Baker

Why!?

Appocolypse films … I actually despise them. I’ve only ever watched about an hour of  ‘ The Day After Tomorrow’, and to be honest, I hated every moment of it. I can’t stand films that consist of the world coming to an end, in some big, over the top drama. I’de rather stick pins in my eyes, then watch a film were everyone just dies. I really don’t see the point in it. And besides from me hating them because i think they’re pretty pointless.. They scare me half to death. I hate the thought of everything ending. And those films.. Well, they just make it worse then it actually seems, by making you get to know a character or two. When realistically, you wouldn’t really care about anyone, apart from yourself and your family in a case like that. Basically.. I think they’re stupid, pointless, scary and just a waste of time!

hello.

Im pretty rubish at writting anything like this.
And whenever i do, i tend to write about, what to write about.. Great one.
